Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Because our items are custom made, processing times may vary slightly during high volume periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method. Estimate delivery times:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Changes may be possible if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
