Payment

  • $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event
  • Events cancelled within 30 days of the event are non-refundable

Travel

  • Travel is included up to a 50-mile radius from Converse, TX
  • Travel beyond a 50-mile radius will include an additional $0.70 per mile (round trip)
