Refund policy

At Still Moments Company, each magnet is custom made with care using your personal photos and details. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

Custom Orders (Custom Photo Magnets)

All custom magnet sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect orders

We want you to love your magnets! If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate solution at no cost.

Order Accuracy

Please double check double check all photos, names, dates, and details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at still.moments.company@gmail.com We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not been processed or shipped.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for the delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
